To those reading my blog

Hi there, I've been getting a lot of hits to my January 2007 archive. I'm writing a back dated post to get your attention. I can only guess that readers don't know they have a link to an archived month and not the main current page, or people really like to look at my January '07 entries (hey, I know my baby is cute).

So, either way, just a heads up that if you are looking for more current entries, click on the "Main" link on this page, or continue to enjoy my Jan. '07 entries if that's what you're coming back for. I like visitors! Thanks.

ABC Along? Edit - I Give Up

Edit: No more ABC along. No one seems to be doing it and it's not fun on your own. Oh well.

I've enjoyed looking at other blogger's ABC Alongs last year and hoped to hop on with it this year, but I don't see anything for it. Clue me in if you know where it is. I'll just go it alone for now and hope I don't miss it completely. We'll start off 2007 with "A is for Aulos", my alto, soprano and sopranino recorders (that one's a Yamaha, shh). I miss playing in a group, recorders sound pretty crappy alone. Or, you can read that as I sound pretty crappy playing alone.

Before January is out, "B is for..." will be here, and I'm sure you can guess what it will be. I'm ready for baby to come now! How much longer, baby?!?

The last of the java sleeves are done and blocking, details to come. Started the Father and Son socks a few nights ago, up to the first repeat after the set up rounds. I got a few rounds in while listening to the last chapter of Winter Holiday last evening. We ended it on the last night of my son's winter holiday, I ushered him to the bus stop this morning. The cats are enjoying the peace and quiet. I left them to it this morning as I had the weekly non-stress test at the hospital and picked up a bunch of old Boy's Life magazines from a fellow Freecycler as a surprise for my son.
